As Cluster Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing strategy and execution for all marketing efforts across three iconic Hilton properties in the Netherlands: Hilton Rotterdam, Hilton The Hague, and DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen. In this dynamic and diverse role, no two days are the same. From developing social media campaigns and designing marketing collateral to launching cluster-wide initiatives and creating compelling content, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the marketing presence of three unique hotels.
You’ll work closely with commercial and food & drinks teams across all properties, supported by a Cluster Marketing Executive and two interns.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a yearly marketing plan aligned with each hotel’s and outlets positioning and long-term goals.
  • Driving ways to optimizing all online content and presence, including hotel and award-winning restaurant websites and third-party platforms, using our brand identity and tools.
  • Leading the design and production of marketing collateral and promotional materials, including hotel collateral and food & drink materials.
  • Managing and growing the social media presence for all three hotels and their outlets, though high quality output and engaging collaborations.
  • Creating engaging content using photography and video to support various campaigns and projects.
  • Conducting market review and lead creative brainstorm sessions with commercial and food & drinks teams to identify revenue-driving opportunities
  • Leading marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring measurable ROI and cross-property collaboration.
  • Executing promotional activities in line with Hilton’s global strategies.
  • Grow local and in-house presence of our outlets, such as the award-winning BlueBlood Restaurant & Bar, JAQ Restaurant & Bar and our newly renovated Restaurant Flora.
  • Managing and reviewing the marketing budget across the cluster and individual hotels.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local media, partners, and suppliers.
  • Overseeing marketing-related administrative tasks, including invoice processing.
