Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands & AC Hotel by Marriott Melbourne Southbank are seeking a creative and design orientated storyteller to join our team as a Cluster Marketing Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Marketing, the Cluster Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the Social Media platforms, including, but not limited to the following:

  • Lead the team in executing marketing strategies and social media campaigns to achieve property objectives,.
  • Create and publish compelling social media content to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns promoting hotel events, F&B outlets, room offers, and brand initiatives, tailoring content to different guest segments.
  • Design and produce hotel collateral such as brochures, menus, flyers, and event signage, and collaborate with photographers, videographers, and influencers as needed.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all communications reflect Marriott core values.
  • Work closely with the Cluster Director of Marketing to ensure the annual marketing plan is executed on time and to budget.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role within the hospitality sector (minimum 2 years).
  • Expertise in social media management, content planning, and paid social campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
  • Solid understanding of ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, insights, and optimisation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong desire to be the best in the business!
