Description
Company Description Every Gesture, a Story. Every Stay, a Signature. At LUURA, work feels less like a job and more like living the island life — surrounded by art, culture, and people who inspire you. We blend laid-back luxury with a spirit of connection, creating spaces where guests and team members feel truly at home. Here, your ideas matter, your individuality is celebrated, and every day brings a new way to surprise and delight. If you’re curious, creative, and love making moments that last, you’ll fit right in — welcome to Luura – you already belong. The Island Chapter: Two Openings, One Story We’re bringing LUURA to the beautiful island of Paros with not one, but two exceptional hotels: Luura Paros Cliff – Opening June 2026 with 37 elegantly designed rooms, our signature restaurant Mimi Kakushi and La Cantine Beach and much more to explore. Following a year later, with 49 more rooms and additional vibrant F&B venues that capture the spirit of the island Luura Paros Sand will open its doors. Job Description Your Role in the Story As our Cluster People & Culture Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind shaping our teams and culture across two distinctive hotels. You’ll ensure that every aspect of the employee journey — from hiring and onboarding to engagement and wellbeing — reflects our values and contributes to both people and business success. This role blends operational excellence with creative leadership: developing talent, nurturing a culture that grows with us, and creating a workplace where every team member helps make LUURA unforgettable. Key Responsibilities Ensure all People & Culture policies and practices align with local law, brand standards, and company values. Manage monthly reports, payroll, budgets, and forecasts; contribute to annual business planning. Build strong staffing plans, manage recruitment for key positions, and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners. Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity. Support leaders with performance management, employee relations, and fair resolution of issues. Design and implement learning and development programs that elevate skills and performance. Promote an engaging workplace culture through communication, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employee welfare regulations. Recruit, coach, and lead the P&C team to deliver excellence across both properties. Facilitate open communication and collaboration between departments. Take on additional duties or projects as needed to support the cluster’s growth. Qualifications Who We’re Looking For Minimum of five years at a similar role in luxury hotel. Bachelor's degree. Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills. English fluency. Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office. Ability to perform critical analysis. Naturally warm, friendly, and attentive. Excited to work in a fast-moving, people-first environment. Passionate about culture, art, and authentic hospitality. A team player who thrives on collaboration and connection. Additional Information Perks You’ll Love Team rates at LUURA, Ennismore & Accor properties worldwide. Discounts at our restaurants, bars, and cafes. Access to art, cultural events & live music nights. Recognition that matters — from surprise gifts to team celebrations. Beautiful team spaces & comfortable accommodation (where applicable).
