POSITION:

We are looking for Cluster Protocol Coordinator.

The resource will be responsible for activities such as:

  • Coordinate protocol activities in the cluster;
  • Implement protocol elements according to the IOC/IPC Protocol Manuals at the competition and non-competition venues;
  • Plan and coordinate the management of the OF/PF stands at the competition venues in the cluster;
  • Coordinate the management of the OF/PF lounges in the cluster;
  • Liaise with all relevant FA and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and an appropriate level of service in the venues;
  • Draft of documents required by the function.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus);
  • At least 2 years of work experience;
  • English Level C2 + a knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
  • Olympic/Paralympic and/or international events stakeholder services and protocol management;
  • Able in people & services management: to deliver a service, problem solving and planning/operations management.
