POSITION SUMMARY:

• Lead, mentor and inspire the Cluster Reservations team to achieve sales and service excellence
• Develop, implement and oversee training programs to ensure team members succeed in their roles
• Actively drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, maximising upselling potential and monitoring market trends
• Manage reservations operations for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy of bookings, billing instructions and group rooming lists
• Collaborate with Sales, Events and Operations teams to deliver smooth and successful guest experiences
• Monitor daily arrivals, same-day selling procedures and waitlists to optimise occupancy and revenue
• Review and analyse reservation data and forecasts to support business planning
• Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and resolve disputes in line with brand standards
• Create departmental schedules and manage resources effectively to meet business needs
