Responsibilities

As a Cluster Revenue Executive, you’ll support a portfolio of hotels across the UK, helping to drive revenue, profit, and market share through insight, strategy, and collaboration.
You’ll play a key part in implementing pricing strategies, forecasting, and performance reporting. Working alongside General Managers and commercial teams, you’ll use tools like Duetto, Delphi, and PMS platforms to deliver actionable insights and support data-led decision making.
Your role will cover everything from OTA distribution to commercial planning for leisure and group segments, always focusing on maximising total revenue—across rooms, FB and ancillary services. You’ll also support local teams in training and best-practice adoption to foster a commercially focused culture.
