Job Description We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across Mercure Perth and the newly renovated Ibis Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to drive commercial performance across two properties, delivering growth in line with our brand and ownership expectations. Only candidates with current and valid Australian work rights will be considered for this position. About You: Experience in hotel revenue management or analytical roles within a 4+ star hotel environment. Strong understanding of the Perth hotel market desirable A proven track record in revenue forecasting, inventory control, and yield optimisation. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective budgets and pricing strategies. Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with high proficiency in Excel and related IT systems. Experience with hotel systems such as Opera, LightHouse, STR, Agency360, and Demand360 (highly regarded). Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Previous experience working collaboratively with hotel owners or ownership groups. A leadership mindset with the ability to coach, support, the reservations manager and team Key Accountabilities In addition to the above, your responsibilities will include: Administration Prepare, maintain, and distribute accurate revenue reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all properties in the cluster. Ensure all revenue-related activities comply with brand standards, internal policies, and relevant regulatory requirements. Define, implement, and manage rate structures, booking policies, and system restrictions to optimise performance across the portfolio. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of revenue strategies, contracts, and performance data to support informed decision-making and audit readiness. Customer Service Provide guidance on pricing and availability to the front desk. Implement clear and transparent pricing policies to build guest trust. Collaborate with Marketing to support loyalty programs and promotions. Develop packages and discounts to stimulate off-peak demand. Marketing Align pricing and promotions with marketing campaigns. Provide data insights to inform competitive positioning. Support event and group sales with pricing strategies. Operational Protect revenue by minimising risks of overbooking or underbooking. Optimise reservations processes and manage vendor relationships. Monitor operational reports to identify improvements. People & Culture Accor Values by modelling values and culture. Promote teamwork across reservations Contribute to training and development programs.
