The hotel offers 243 rooms and suites from Deluxe rooms to Presidential suites, an all Day Dining restaurant, lobby bar, meeting rooms, swimming pool, gym, and spa. Job Description Analyze changing channel distribution models and consumer booking trends to optimize hotel and corporate pricing strategies Manage BAR levels, stay restrictions, and other tactics across all distribution channels while maintaining rate integrity Collaborate with Revenue Management Team to develop effective rate offers and packages for targeted customer segments Monitor transient, group, and tour booking pace to determine pricing and availability controls for all reservation sources Complete rooms and revenue forecasting, including unconstrained demand projections Track and analyze competitive set pricing and yield strategies to predict market reactions Participate in strategic planning, marketing plan development, and budgeting processes Chair weekly Revenue Management Meetings and prepare necessary materials and updates Qualifications Proven experience in Revenue Management Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment Service-oriented with attention to detail Additional Information WHY WORK FOR ACCOR •Develop your talent through Accor’s learning programs. •Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world! •Ability to contribute to the community and make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities.
