Company Description Cluster Revenue Manager – MGallery Hotels, Amsterdam & Geneva Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for revenue optimisation? Join us as Cluster Revenue Manager and take the lead in shaping the revenue strategy for two exceptional MGallery hotels in Amsterdam and Geneva. You will oversee revenue management for INK Hotel MGallery Amsterdam, a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the city with 149 rooms, a restaurant, and intimate meeting space, catering primarily to leisure travelers. Simultaneously, you will optimize revenue for Hotel Rotary MGallery Geneva, a refined boutique hotel in downtown Geneva, favored by business travelers. This role reports directly to the General Managers of both properties, with a dotted-line to the Regional Director of Revenue Management. Job Description Main responsibilities Supports the hotel management efforts in strategic planning, marketing plans, and budgeting processes. Participates in the annual topline budget process and tracks performance for rooms division and other revenue sources such as F&B. Monitors transient and group booking pace to determine pricing and availability controls for all reservation distribution sources. Assesses key indicators of hotel revenue performance, including digital marketing campaigns. Prepare materials and chairs for weekly hotel revenue strategy meetings. Analyzes competitive set pricing and yield strategies, anticipating market reactions. Produces and analyzes current and historical demand, including lost business turn-down, rooms on the books, competitive set, and market trends for accurate forecasting. Monitors third-party intelligence sources (OTA, GDS, market studies) to identify revenue opportunities and stay updated on industry changes. Plans and executes some digital marketing activities at the hotel level. Works with Commercial teams to target the right business mix and create effective offers. Works with Reservations and Front Desk to ensure high guest service levels while maximizing upselling opportunities. Revenue Culture: Promotes Revenue Management principles across hotel departments, ensuring alignment with strategies. Forecasts revenue regularly and minimizes rate discrepancies by monitoring FORNOVA. Optimizes revenue on direct channels: Maintains Accor & MGallery websites, sets up and adapts pricing and yielding strategies with GM & DM. Optimizes revenue on indirect channels: Monitors and manages OTA distribution. Group quotation & sales conditions: Works closely with Reservations to adapt pricing strategies based on demand periods. Analyzes RGI performance using STR and adjusts strategy accordingly. Qualifications Experience and skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-time Revenue Management position in hospitality or a related industry. Are available from December 2025 or January 2026; Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and numerical reasoning. Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). Confident in dealing with a luxury clientele. Expert in Revenue Management software (ideally IDeaS G3). Proficient in Opera Cloud. Familiar with digital platforms to maximize revenues. Fluent English speaker. French and/or Dutch is a plus.
