We are seeking a commercially astute and analytically driven Cluster Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across our portfolio and maximise performance.

  • A revenue professional currently working part-time with similar luxury properties, looking to expand their portfolio.
  • Someone in a full-time revenue role seeking to scale back to a 2–2.5 day per week commitment while continuing to make a strategic impact.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS

  • 3–5 years in a revenue management role within luxury hospitality (4-star deluxe or 5-star level).
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of RevPAR, ADR, RGI, and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience managing multi-property revenue strategies and distribution channels.
  • Proficiency in RMS, PMS, and CRS systems (e.g., Opera, Ideas, SynXis).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

As Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple properties by implementing strategic pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and reservations teams to optimise yield and ensure our luxury positioning is reflected in every rate decision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term revenue strategies across leisure, corporate, and group segments.
  • Analyse market trends, booking patterns, and competitor pricing to inform dynamic rate strategies.
  • Lead forecasting and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee inventory and distribution across all channels, ensuring rate parity and optimal visibility.
  • Manage relationships with OTA and GDS partners, aligning content and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and sales teams to align revenue plans with promotional activity.
  • Ensure optimal use and configuration of RMS, PMS, and CRS systems, maintaining data integrity and functionality.
