Responsibilities
The coordinator will be responsible for preparing all administrative documents needed by the hotel sales team and managing all sales department correspondence and database maintenance. This role also involves assisting with budget compilation, business plans, action plans, direct mail campaigns, and coordinating familiarization trips and site inspections.
