JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Pro active Sales Executive to work across the ORIDA Hotel Maidstone and Holiday Inn Maidstone Sevenoaks. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.
This is a proactive role, with the main responsibility of finding new business for both hotels and working with the onsite Sales & Revenue Teams to convert leads. They will establish sales leads for both Corporate Accommodation, Group, Conference & Events. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyse market trends and develop innovative sales strategies.
The role is full time split between ORIDA Hotel Maidstone & Holiday Inn Maidstone-Sevenoaks

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferable
  • Previous experience in a hotel sales role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the hotel industry and market dynamics

Responsibilities
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy goals
  • Build relationships with new clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and ensure compliance with terms
