Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" Job Description Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Lead integrated marketing campaigns for the property alongside DMCs, tailored to the respective markets Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence Determine the effectiveness of existing programs and develop new strategies Direct all advertising, public relations and promotional activities in conjunction with corporate marketing and public relations departments Evaluate changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary Participate in community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote a positive image Prepare regular performance reports and present to senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master's Degree from a reputable school Minimum 4 years of Sales & Marketing management experience or at least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity with a proven record High degree of professionalism and business acumen with a strong understanding of Western & Maldives markets Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Office suite Additional Information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels Worldwide Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world!
