Job Description As a Cluster Sales Manager, you are the driving force behind our sales success. With your strong customer focus, negotiation skills, and ability to identify market opportunities, you acquire new business partners and build lasting customer relationships. You understand your clients’ individual needs and deliver tailored solutions while providing exceptional, relationship-driven service. Your responsibilities include: Actively acquiring and managing new and existing clients with the goal of building and developing long-term business relationships—from the initial contact through to successful contract negotiation and closing. Identifying new business opportunities through independent market and competitor research, as well as targeted business development activities such as sales blitzes for new openings. Planning, organizing, and executing all sales activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention, including client events, networking opportunities, and hotel site inspections. Continuously analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer potential, while preparing insightful reports and performance analyses. Delivering sales training sessions for hotel teams and actively participating in sales and management meetings. Collaborating closely with Hotel Managers and the Reservations, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams at Head Office to achieve shared business objectives. Supporting and deputizing for the Area Sales Manager in both operational and strategic sales matters. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field • Pro-active, self motivated, loves challenges • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5 star Hotel • Excellent communication skills • The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment • Passion to lead and a desire to succeed Additional Information Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English , additional languages are a plus Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
