We are seeking a skilled Cluster Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across multiple hotels, with a focus on our Courtyard Hinton, IHG, and Hilton properties.

POSITION SUMMARY

Based out of our Mississauga office, the Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue across the assigned hotel portfolio. This role focuses on developing strong client relationships, creating effective sales strategies, and leveraging brand partnerships (IHG, Marriott, and Hilton) to capture business in corporate, group, and leisure segments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience with IHG, Marriott Courtyard, and/or Hilton brands is required.
  • 3–5 years of progressive hotel sales experience, ideally in a cluster or multi-property role.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian hospitality markets and corporate travel dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel across Ontario as required.
  • Post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals across Courtyard Hinton, IHG, and Hilton properties.
  • Build, grow, and maintain relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
  • Actively prospect and secure new business opportunities in the local and regional markets.
  • Collaborate with hotel General Managers, Revenue Management, and Brand teams to optimize pricing and promotions.
  • Represent the hotels at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Track performance, analyze sales results, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
