POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and results-driven Cluster Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team at the Mina Seyahi Complex and Le Méridien Dubai Complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing talent acquisition efforts across this the cluster properties, focusing on building strong relationships, sourcing top-tier talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. You will play a key role in creating a positive candidate experience while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for the cluster, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for roles within the hotel.
  • Provide exceptional communication and a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date with the latest talent acquisition trends, recruitment technology, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and stay informed on any changes or updates to regulations that impact the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and hiring activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and trends.
  • Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and recruitment regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
