We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cluster Team Leader to oversee Supported Living services in Worcester.
This is a pivotal role requiring a compassionate, proactive leader with a strong background in adult social care and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Cluster Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of support staff to ensure consistent, effective, and empathetic care across multiple Supported Living settings. This includes both administrative coordination and direct support, ensuring that the needs, rights, and aspirations of the individuals we support are always prioritised.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Providing leadership, guidance, and ongoing supervision to frontline staff
  • Coordinating rotas, planning daily operations, and ensuring staffing levels meet service requirements
  • Facilitating team meetings and participating in person-centred planning and reviews
  • Supporting service users in developing independence and community integration
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, incident reporting, and medication procedures
  • Conducting audits and promoting high standards in health and safety
  • Delivering hands-on care where required, modelling best practice
