WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Cluster Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our mission-leading from the front, inspiring your team, and ensuring our service users receive the compassionate, person-centred support they deserve.

You will:

• Mentor and supervise a team of dedicated support staff
• Coordinate schedules and daily operations with precision and care
• Lead team meetings and contribute to individual support plans
• Empower individuals to build independence and community connections
• Ensure robust safeguarding, medication management, and compliance
• Conduct audits and champion high health & safety standards
