Job Description We are seeking a professional and organized Cluster Visa Officer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in processing visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and providing support to applicants throughout the visa process. Review and process visa applications, ensuring all required documents are present and accurate Conduct thorough background checks and verify applicant information Assess eligibility for various visa types based on UAE immigration laws and regulations Communicate with applicants, employers, and government agencies regarding visa status and requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related documentation Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and procedures Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the visa application process Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient visa processing Prepare reports and statistics on visa applications and processing times Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent visa applications Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in visa processing or a related field Strong knowledge of UAE immigration laws, regulations, and procedures Proficiency in visa processing systems or GDRFA immigration system Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with applicants and stakeholders Relevant visa processing certifications (preferred) Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory Company Location: Dukes the Palm, Dubai and NH Collection Dubai
