Job Description Client Management: Meet with clients to understand vision, offer advice, and build strong relationships. Planning & Budgeting: Develop event timelines, budgets, schedules, and detailed plans. Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all suppliers (caterers, decorators, etc.), confirm logistics, and review contracts. Logistics: Manage venue setup, decor, seating arrangements, and guest movement. Day-Of Execution: Oversee rehearsals, manage the event timeline, direct staff/vendors, and handle unexpected issues. Guest Experience: Welcome guests, provide directions, answer questions, and ensure comfort. Promptly reply to guest inquires and all event related matters Coordinate inter-resort communication and documentation between F&B departments. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance data (P&L, guest satisfaction, upselling results, etc.) Manage departmental calendars, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action plans. Support pre-opening, event planning, and promotional activities across the cluster resorts. Handle guest correspondence and feedback related to F&B when required. Support the F&B leadership team in scheduling, payroll submissions, and administrative processes. Maintain confidentiality of all departmental and resort-related information. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel environment Passion for leadership and teamwork Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence Excellent guest service skills College diploma in Hotel Management or related field Company Location: Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle Resort
