CLUSTER RESERVATIONS AGENT (3-MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

With the possibility of extension following a 6-week review
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Cluster Reservations Agent to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, supporting multiple properties based in Galway City. There is potential for extension depending on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage individual and group reservations efficiently across multiple properties.
• Handle guest enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and warmth.
• Maximise revenue through upselling and accurate rate management.
• Ensure all bookings, profiles, payments, and billing details are recorded accurately.
• Collaborate with the Revenue and Reservations teams to meet targets.
• Maintain clear communication with internal departments.
• Support and guide new team members as needed.
