Your Responsibilities

Supplier Manager Repair

Overall Mission: Ensure high-quality, reliable, cost-effective, and predictable FRU supply through KPI-driven management of Repair Contract Manufacturers, supported by data analytics, cost transparency, supplier development, and continuous process improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop Repair Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to ensure reliable, high-quality, and predictable FRU supply for Global Field Service and Spare Parts Operations.
  • Own supplier performance management, including Quality, Delivery, Cost, Capacity, corrective actions, supplier reviews, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Drive repair planning and capacity management by ensuring adequate supplier resources, equipment availability, forecasting capabilities, and scalable repair capacity.
  • Establish and govern Repair KPIs and transparency, including DOA, Dead from Stock, First Time Repair Success Rate, Repair Loop Count, Scrap Rate, Capacity Utilization, and Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Lead repair cost transparency and optimization initiatives, including cost tracking, benchmarking, process efficiency improvements, and reduction of repair and logistics costs.
  • Develop standardized reporting and dashboards to provide management visibility into supplier performance, quality, TAT, cost, scrap trends, and operational risks.
  • Drive cross-functional governance and supplier projects by coordinating Product Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Operations, and external repair partners, including supplier negotiations, contracts, SOPs, warranty topics, and escalation management

Your Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in supplier management, operations, repair services, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or related operational environments.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to translate KPI results into improvement actions and business decisions.
  • Experience working with supplier performance management, quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills in a cross-functional and international environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems (eg, Oracle/SAP), and reporting/dashboard tools; Fluent in English and willing to travel as required to support suppliers and business operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with repair operations, reverse logistics, contract manufacturer management, or service supply chain environments.
  • Knowledge of KPI governance, cost transparency, root cause analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience developing dashboards, performance reporting, and data analytics solutions for operational management.
  • Familiarity with electronics manufacturing, semiconductor industry, test equipment, or high-tech service operations.
