Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at ASCENT. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support our medical staff in delivering exceptional services to our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Triage patient phone and web messages to ensure accurate and timely care responses - Prepare patients for examinations and procedures - Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care - Ensure a clean and safe environment in compliance with health regulations - Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care This position includes supporting all ASCENT locations. Requirements - Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or a valid LPN license - Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
