Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Maintains full CMC portfolio alignment against business needs locally and globally. Ensure CMC portfolio delivery on time, quality and budget. Resolves inter-program and cross-functional conflicts for resources and delivery timeline, or escalate to appropriate forum for solutions. Represent China Cell therapy CMC at governance and product meetings. Develop CMC Project lead community. Qualifications and Experience Advanced degree (MSc/ MPharm or above) in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related discipline. Broad CMC experience, with depth in at least one discipline, e.g., process development / analytical science program lead. Must have working experience in Cell therapy industry for at least 4 years. Preferred to have led global-program and China program. Preferred with experience working at MNC. Preferred demonstrated record in leading product development to registration-enabling stage. Responsibilities
