Job Details Job Location: Central Maine - Auburn, ME Salary Range: Undisclosed Description Title: Business Administration Instructor Bargaining Unit/Salary Level: Salary and benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MEA Faculty Unit. The salary range is in the $40,000s to low $50,000s, depending on qualifications. Responsibilities: Central Maine Community College seeks a Business Administration Instructor for our Business Administration and Management Department. This is a full-time faculty position primarily responsible to teach 15 credit hours per semester and begins teaching responsibilities in the Spring 2026 semester. Courses are delivered in-person during the day and evening, online, hybrid, or a combination. In addition to instruction, position responsibilities include student advising, curriculum development, assessment and other related duties. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration 5 or more years of experience in Operations and Strategic Management Teaching experience at the post-secondary level Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience with Brightspace or other Learning Management Systems Student advising experience Why work for the Maine Community College System?
