Platform / Product: CMDB, Asset Management Languages / Tools: VB / Excel Macros OS: Windows / Unix Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CMDB / IT Asset Management Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in CMDB and asset management, with strong proficiency in data handling, reconciliation, and reporting using VB / Excel Macros. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain CI classes, relationships, and service mapping in the CMDB. Perform data reconciliation, validation, and health checks in CMDB (rules, logs, reports). Handle Discovery, Manual Entry, and Import sets accurately. Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to ensure CMDB accuracy and reduce gaps. 3-5 years of experience in CMDB and IT Asset Management. Proficiency in VB / Excel Macros for reporting and data management. Strong attention to detail and understanding of CMDB processes.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain CI classes, relationships, and service mapping in the CMDB. Perform data reconciliation, validation, and health checks in CMDB.
