Your Role Owns and maintains the Configuration Management process. Defines CMDB policies, standards, naming conventions, and data models. Ensures CMDB aligns with ITIL practices, audit requirements, and organizational architecture. Designs and maintains the CI class structure, relationships, and lifecycle workflows. Ensures the CMDB supports critical services, dependencies, and business mapping. Your Profile Coordinates with teams such as: Discovery/Monitoring Cloud Network Security Application Owners Service Owners Manages escalations and ensures CI ownership is clearly defined.
