JOB PURPOSE
Join our Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) Consumer Market Intelligence (CMI) team as an Assistant Manager in Marketing Analytics. As part of Unilever’s B&W Business Group, representing approximately 20% of global turnover, you will be at the heart of some of our most exciting categories, including Skin Care and Hair Care. Our brands, such as TRESemme, Sunsilk, Clear, Vaseline, and Simple, are renowned worldwide.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for distilling insights to grow our business, powered by crisp storytelling and the use of multi-source data and advanced analytics. You will support the B&W transformation of how we do CMI: directing our data scientists on what the business needs, collaborating with suppliers so they can deliver high-value data and insights, and advising senior leaders on what is best for B&W.
You’ll support decision-making across the marketing organization through monthly/quarterly reports, strategic reviews, and ad-hoc analyses. You’ll also explore the use of AI tools to enhance reporting, insights, and storytelling.
