Job Description Take as consumer insight assistant manager, to generate and deploy insights with impact that influence strategies and execution to unlock sustainable and profitable business & brand growth and drive impactful innovation. Key parts are to - Think proactively and work out strategy plan through tracking retail and (Away-From-Home) channels opportunities in Western cuisine and Chinese cuisine: Drive business performance through Sell-in support: Working closely with both brand marketing, commercial and R&D for idea exploration and insight support Translate internal briefs into projects (including refining the initial brief and asking the ‘right questions, working through potential hypotheses, and storyboarding the output) Forecast retail and AFH cuisine industry data based on logic hypothesis and reasonable rationale behind Conduct analysis using in-house analytics tools, and be comfortable analyzing a range of database and business data Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insight to inform business strategy, marketing and brand strategies, communications, and new product development Synthesizing data and analysis into impactful, action-orientated reports for internal stakeholders Able to communicate the key findings and insight to senior stakeholders and peers both conversationally and in a formal presentation style KEY REQUIREMENTS Passionate about food, catering and sauces & condiments Have business sense and business oriented thinking mindset in AFH and retail channel. Can-do attitude and result oriented Min. 8-10 years FMCG working experience in marketing research industry with comprehensive knowledge & experience for research methodologies and strong analytical sense. Well in managing agencies or leadership experience Eager to drive business & strong influence capability Strong presentation capability Fluency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written Computer literacy, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
