Overview A Bakery Associate is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin’ operational standards and franchisee policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The Bakery Associate is primarily responsible for producing Dunkin’ bakery products, including muffins, croissants, and bagels. Responsibilities Include: Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality Identify and escalate product quality issues as identified Ensure equipment is used as designed Maintain a clean and organized staging area Maintain a people focused culture in the bakery Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Work other positions as directed by supervisor Education/Experience: None Key Competencies: Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment Attention to detail Paperwork accuracy and organization On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to change Quality focused Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Standing on feet Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching Lifting objects including boxes, baskets and pans up to 50 lbs (if applicable) Working in a variety of areas (cross trained) Strict uniform requirements and Good Manufacturing Practice Pay Range: $9.00 per hour - $10.00 per hour Disclaimer: The hiring wage for this position will not be below the local minimum wage, even if the starting wage listed is lower.
