QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 or 4 year degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience working in the Quality function in an automotive manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of experience working in a fast paced automotive (OEM/Supplier) environment
• Experience working through the IATF certification and audit process, preferred
• New Program Launch exp is a plus

• Programming w/ PC-DMIS; Hexagon equipment preferred
• Program and operate CMM for part and gage qualification per customer requirements
• Must have automotive industry experience
• Generate reports for coordinate measurement machine per customer and/or PPAP requirements
• Manage Plex gage control module for tracking calibration/R&R frequencies per customer/company requirements. This includes the setting up of new gauges and management of systems thereafter
• Manage calibration for all gauges serviced by an external source.
• Internal audits of the gage control system, including floor audits.
• Layered process audits when required (weekly; monthly)
