As a CMM Quality Inspector, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to excellence, ensuring every component meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability. ________________________________________ Champion Quality: Use your expertise to inspect and measure a wide range of aerospace components, ensuring they meet technical drawings, GD&T specifications, and purchase order requirements. Operate with Precision: Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and other specialist inspection equipment to deliver accurate, reliable results. Support Across the Site: Provide inspection coverage wherever needed, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and supporting investigations into non-conforming products. Lead First Article Inspections: Conduct detailed First Article reports and monitor statistical process control data to maintain production integrity. Be a Trusted Authority: Sign off on inspected items using your approved stamp, ensuring only the highest quality products move forward. Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T specifications. Strong understanding of inspection procedures and quality systems. A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
