Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate, timely completion of CMMS tasks, including assignments, scheduling and reporting processes.
  • Foster a professional and collaborative working environment that supports team development and client relationships.
  • Front line in vendor management, ensuring communication is effective, fast and accurate.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within the operating systems we use, especially with numerous users inputting information, can be a significant challenge.
  • Managing operational challenges such as balancing client requests, maintaining compliance with KPIs, and fostering team collaboration.
  • Assisting with team training and development to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Maintaining compliance with CBOI’s and Sodexo’s standards, procedures, and regulations
  • Implementing any system changes, upgrades, or new functionalities will likely require adherence to formal change management procedures to minimise disruption and ensure proper testing and communication
