SUMMARY: Seaboard Energy is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Maximo CMMS Super User to support the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our IBM Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role serves as the primary liaison between system users, maintenance teams, IT, and project leadership to ensure accurate data, effective system usage, and alignment with asset management best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Maximo, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence through technology and data.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion. * Serve as the primary in-house expert on IBM Maximo CMMS functionality, configuration, and daily use. * Serve as the primary lead for the setup, validation, and ongoing maintenance of equipment records, preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, work orders, inventory, and asset hierarchies. * Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for Maximo-related issues, escalating to IT or external vendors as needed. * Train and support end-users on Maximo features, workflows, and data entry standards. * Maintain data integrity by performing audits, validations, and clean-up of system data. * Create and update documentation, SOPs, training materials, and quick reference guides. * Develop and run reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support maintenance and reliability decision-making. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, operations, engineering, IT) to improve processes and system utilization. * Participate in system upgrades, testing, and enhancement projects. * Monitor user adoption and identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and compliance. We will consider significant maintenance planning experience in other CMMS applications. * Strong understanding of maintenance operations, asset management, and CMMS best practices. * Experience with Maximo modules such as Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Assets, Inventory, and Purchasing. * Proficiency in data management and reporting (Excel, BIRT, or equivalent tools). * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support diverse user groups. * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling. * Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently. Preferred * Experience with Maximo implementation or upgrade projects. * Familiarity with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), automation scripts, or mobile applications (Maximo Mobile or Anywhere). * Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), lean maintenance, or ISO 55000 asset management standards. * Technical writing or documentation experience. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work environment consists of office, plant production, and outside climate conditions.  Noise level varies within the production area.   NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, working hours to be determined.
