MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To ensure the functional availability of all systems (finance, maintenance, operation, procurement, HR, stores & inventory, business intelligence) with the use of all company policies, processes and procedures aiming to achieve the O&M business objectives in the short, medium, and long terms through continuous improvement and by performing the company system administration, upgrade and maintain tasks in accordance with the best practice and the Integrated Management System and as assigned by the Project Asset Manager/Finance/Procurement Manager or Management.

EDUCATION LEVEL

  • Degree: recognised bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
  • Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in a similar position in an industrial environment

REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Excellent programming skills, including expertise in Python, .NET, and web programming languages (PHP, HTML5, etc.), as well as general high-level scripting languages.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Big Query, and data visualization tools like Data Studio and Power BI.
  • Proficient in ERP and EAM systems, including Hexagon EAM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Microsoft Navision.
  • Good knowledge of local service providers and the ability to leverage them effectively for operational needs.
  • Capable of providing actionable suggestions for improving accounting and control policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Experienced in implementing and supervising robust control measures to effectively
  • minimize fraud and mitigate other financial risks.
  • Highly motivated and demonstrate maximum flexibility due to the dynamic nature of work responsibilities.
  • Proactive in taking initiative and consistently acts in a professional manner.
  • Upholds an ethical work attitude and always maintains an uncompromised level of confidentiality.

IT SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in ERP, EAM & BI systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, MS Navision (2018), Hexagon EAM v12.1, Infor, Birst.
  • Programming & Development: Strong knowledge of Python, .NET, PHP, HTML5, SQL, and general high-level scripting languages.
  • Cloud & Data Platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Big Query.
  • Business Intelligence & Visualization: Google Data Studio, Power BI, IBM Cognos 11.2.3.
  • Office Productivity Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google
