We’re here to better our world with biology. In this role you’ll make an impact by: Lead strategic partnerships with CMOs, ensuring alignment with business needs and contract terms. Monitor and drive performance across financial, supply, and quality metrics through regular reviews. Oversee end-to-end CMO projects, including new implementations and lifecycle management. Ensure alignment with business and manufacturing strategies during CMO selection. Collaborate with local R&D and Sales to identify and engage suitable CDMOs/CMOs for new initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and managing risks associated with the CMO landscape and operational risks at individual CMOs. Finally, you will be part of creating a new regional team in Novonesis. To succeed you must hold: Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years in supply chain management, preferably in a regulated industry. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking. Fluent in English. Proactive, structured, collaborative, and commercially savvy.
