The Opportunity
We’re expanding our team of fractional CMOs and Marketing Directors. This is a unique opportunity to join a proven, collaborative model that enables you to deliver high-impact marketing leadership across multiple businesses while maintaining flexibility and autonomy.
As a fractional Marketing Director, you’ll take on a portfolio of clients—providing strategic direction, shaping marketing functions, and driving measurable growth. You’ll also contribute to new business development and be part of a team that’s redefining what senior marketing careers can look like.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking commercially driven marketing leaders with extensive board-level experience and a strong track record of delivering transformational impact.

Core Experience & Attributes

  • Proven success as a board level CMO or Marketing Director in multiple organisations
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience aligning marketing to business strategy and P&L responsibility
  • Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at board level
  • Broad sector exposure, ideally including both large corporate and SME environments
  • Fluent across brand strategy, digital channels, campaign planning, and analytics
  • Knowledge of the evolving role of AI in marketing strategy, with demonstratable experience
  • Comfortable working within resource-constrained environments, delivering pragmatic, effective marketing solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-directed, resilient, and results-focused
  • Committed to building a long-term, portfolio-based career
  • Collaborative by nature—keen to contribute to a team of senior peers
