The British Council Serbia is seeking an CMR (Confidential Materials Room) and Logistics Coordinator to support the Exams Operations Manager and team in ensuring the secure, efficient, and compliant administration of exams across Serbia. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate exam logistics, including venue arrangements and secure handling of confidential materials. Support test day operations for various exams (IELTS, Cambridge English, ACCA, etc.). Maintain accurate records of test day staff and ensure smooth communication and coordination. Respond to customer enquiries and manage complaints in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Ensure compliance with British Council policies, including child protection and anti-fraud measures. Act as a point of contact for venue supervisors and escalate issues as needed. Assist in risk and contingency planning for exam delivery. Use CRM systems to manage stakeholder relationships and improve service delivery. Support continuous improvement initiatives and administrative tasks within the Exams team. Collaborate with regional and cluster colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery. Candidate Profile: Experience in high-volume operational environments and customer service. Familiarity with compliance-driven processes. Desirable: Experience in exams delivery or education sector, and working in multicultural settings. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level) and local language.
