Job Description Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team and important partners to meet the daily requirements. Main respnsibilities include creating Marquees, checking site for All ASE region markets You'll build all campaign builds within the defined Service level agreements, while maintaining quality and minimizing errors. Responsible for internal QA, and ensuring a smooth player journey / experience onsite You'll provide regular updates to the Team Lead on any issues or procedural improvements Support the Content team with Sitecore template build and several optimization tasks Support the Operations team on operational escalations, regular promotional builds, and internal queries Follow up on related incidents and raise an incident when it needs alerting the relevant teams. Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, efficiency gains, and Sitecore related enhancements Ensuring the Daily Task Sheets are up-to date . Qualifications 0-1 Years of Experience You are experienced in the tools and systems used by the HYD Marketing Content team, including: HTML, CSS, Sitecore You have to collaborate and work well with a diverse team at all levels of seniority You are enthusiastic, including a desire to absorb feedback and develop professionally You are on new tools and stay updated on Sitecore product releases You have to provide support on weekends / shifts Additional Information At Entain India, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire your best.
