SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE – This Role: Perform concrete and laboratory testing: Ensure all lab work (soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, etc.) is completed within test specific completion goals. Meet specific requests of engineers and other managers to meet clients’ needs Maintain general lab cleanliness/care Maintain a trust/positive relationship with the techs that you can help them be successful in providing appropriately timely results Build understanding of why and when certain tests are performed Assistance in how to track their equipment calibrations, and how to perform basic checks
Responsibilities
Perform various laboratory tests on construction materials including soil, concrete, and asphalt to meet project deadlines. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and assist in tracking equipment calibrations and performing basic checks.
