Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support CMV-22 maintenance efforts at NAS North Island, CA. The individual will work closely with the CMV-22 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment
  • 5+ years Rotor aircraft experience
  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR)
  • Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Technical data experience
  • DCMA INST 8210.1C experience
  • AS9100 Revision D experience
  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Responsibilities
  • Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the CMV-22 platform
  • Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
  • Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
  • Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
  • Documents audit results in standard formats
  • Works under general supervision
    This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
