Essential Job Functions: Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting. Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc. Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse. Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly. Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
