Assists residents in dressing, undressing, bathing, and eating. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens or gathers vital signs. Aids physicians and nursing staff members with procedures, if necessary. Documents resident interactions as necessary. Qualifications Requires Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License for PA. Must be 18 years of age or older Requires applicable state license. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement.
