Let’s make magic happen together! ✨ Job Description Performs activities of daily living in accordance with residents' plan of care. Checks residents' vital signs, weight, and skin assessment and accurately records, as instructed. Any variances are reported to Charge Nurse. Observes and reports residents' complaints, changes in mood/physical appearance while providing care and/or responding to resident call lights. Performs residents'' individualized restorative nursing program, as ordered Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to/from medical appointments, activities, and social programs. Qualifications Active CNA License in Maryland Active and current CPR Certification HS Diploma/equivalent and atleast 6 months equivalent combination of experience/training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, required for the position. Responsibilities
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs activities of daily living according to the resident's plan of care, including checking vital signs, weight, and skin assessments, and reporting any variances to the Charge Nurse. Responsibilities also involve observing and reporting resident changes, implementing individualized restorative nursing programs, and assisting residents with transportation to appointments and activities.
