Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) High Point Residence – Fox Valley Aurora, Illinois Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Every Other Weekend Availability Required ABOUT THE ROLE High Point Residence Fox Valley is seeking compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. In this role, you will play an essential part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing hands-on assistance, emotional support, and personalized care. Working closely with our nursing and wellness teams, you will help ensure each resident receives exceptional care in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene * Support residents during mealtimes and assist with feeding when needed * Obtain and accurately document vital signs * Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation * Observe, document, and promptly report changes in resident condition to the nursing team * Respond courteously and promptly to resident call lights and requests * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment * Change bed linens, restock supplies, and assist with light housekeeping tasks * Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life through compassionate care * Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director or nursing supervisor QUALIFICATIONS Required: * Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Preferred: * Experience in long-term care, assisted living, supportive living, or memory care settings * Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities WHY JOIN HIGH POINT RESIDENCE FOX VALLEY? * Supportive and team-oriented work environment * Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives every day * Career growth and development opportunities * Competitive compensation and benefits package for eligible team members EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER High Point Residence is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
