Job Summary: Senior Helpers of West Oahu is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, in-home care to seniors who need assistance with daily living activities. Our CNAs help clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort while remaining safely in their homes. Key Responsibilities: * Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting * Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support * Help with medication reminders as directed by care plans * Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when necessary * Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas * Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to supervisors * Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities * Maintain accurate documentation of care provided * Follow all company policies and state caregiving regulations Qualifications: * Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Hawaii * Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred * Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred but not required * Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality * Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred * Ability to pass background check and drug screening Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift, move, or assist clients up to 50 lbs with proper techniques * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist clients for extended periods * Comfortable working in clients’ homes with varying environments Benefits: * Competitive hourly pay * Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time shifts available) * Ongoing training and professional development * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in seniors’ lives About Senior Helpers of West Oahu: Senior Helpers of West Oahu is committed to providing exceptional in-home care services that help seniors age safely and comfortably in their own homes.
