Shift/Schedule: We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable CNA or Caregiver to work at our partner independent living community located in O'Fallon, MO. Schedules includes 12 hour days shifts on weekends. Caregivers that have experience with clients that have Dementia/Alzheimer's are preferred. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must have valid Driver's License, your own reliable transportation and vehicle insurance*** Must have at least one year of professional CNA/caregiver experience preferably with the geriatric population Must possess moderate computer skills, including word processing and data entry Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision Must be a “team player” dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with a positive attitude Must be able to communicate effectively and possess well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills Must maintain required yearly training/education as mandated by agency Must have experience in clear and concise care plan documenting/charting. Physical Demands: Ability to participate in physical activity; Ability to work a fast paced floor shift Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity; Moderate lifting, 20-40 pounds Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and walking on a regular basis.
