Description Get Fired Up! Ignite Medical St. Mary's is launching Ignite University! Next Class Starts April 7, 2026 Have you ever thought about getting your CNA Certification? Now you can! Ignite University is our new 6-week complete program from start to finish, and it's funded by Ignite. See below for some of the details: What: Ignite University – CNA Certification Program Where: Ignite Medical Resort St. Mary’s - 111 NE Mock Avenue, Blue Springs, MO 64014 Hours: Monday & Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Duration: 6 weeks The cost of this program will be covered by Ignite, in exchange for a 1-year employment agreement that begins once class is over, and you become certified. Here is what you receive: 75 hours lecture (unpaid) 100 clinical hours Clinical Supervision BLS Certification CNA Certification Testing Interested? Apply here and you will be contacted regarding next steps! Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Case by case basis exceptions with written letter from applicant and 2 letters of recommendation. Must have reliable transportation and childcare. Must complete application process, which consists of: Application Onboarding Background check Urine drug screen TB test Submit 2 letters of recommendation.

Responsibilities

This program offers a complete 6-week Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification course, funded by Ignite Medical St. Mary's, which includes both lecture and clinical hours. Upon successful completion and certification, the participant agrees to a 1-year employment commitment with the organization.
