Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 3rd Shift Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) working the third shift. We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents and patients, and we are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while working overnight hours, 6:00 pm -6:30 am. Key Responsibilities: - Assist residents or patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility - Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in health status to nursing staff - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents - Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents - Follow all safety and infection control protocols - Assist with feeding and hydration as needed - Support nursing staff with basic clinical tasks and documentation Skills and Qualifications: - Valid CNA certification/license in the state of employment - Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs - Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays - Basic knowledge of medical terminology and infection control procedures We foster a positive, inclusive work environment that values growth and professional development.
