Responsibilities:

  • Provide visits to elderly patients in their homes to perform check-ups and health assessments.
  • Keep notes of the visit and schedule appointments.
  • Provide assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, and eating to patients.
  • Prepare meals for patients.
  • Monitor and document patient’s vitals and health condition.
  • Communicate with doctors, nurses, family members and other health care providers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Proficient in basic life support and patient care
  • Knowledge of EMR and EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner
  • Familiarity with medical documentation and terminology
  • Experience in long-term care, assisted living, and nursing home settings
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient service best practices
  • Ability to work with diverse populations, including those with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer’s care

    Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
